设备简介：

LD—多弧磁控镀膜设备是基于在真空中把金属、合金或化合物进行磁控溅射，使其沉积在被涂覆的物体（基体）上的方法。在材料表面上，镀上一层薄膜就能使该种材料具有许多新的物理和化学性能。其膜厚可控性和重复性好；薄膜与基片的附着力强；可以制备绝大多数材料的薄膜；膜层纯度高，致密；沉积速率低，设备也更复杂。而过去的镀膜多采用电镀法和化学镀法，存在厚度难以控制，膜层均匀性差，附着力差，并造成环境污染等问题。

适用范围：

1、在装饰饰品上的应用:手机壳、表壳、眼镜架、五金、小饰品等镀膜。

2、在防护涂层中的应用:飞机发动机的叶片、汽车钢板、散热片等。

3、在光学薄膜领域中的应用:增透膜、高反膜、截止滤光片、防伪膜等。

4、在建筑玻璃方面的应用:阳光控制膜、低辐射玻璃、防雾防露和自清洁玻璃等。
