展会背景
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,国内消费者对高质量乳制品的需求量越来越大。中国现已成为世界增长最快的乳品市场,目前已有二十多国家取得了卫生注册允许向中国出口乳品(包括;婴幼儿配方食品),据相关数据显示;2013年中国进口乳制品182.7万吨,货值71.47亿美元,同比分别增长36.24%和52.91%,货值已占到国内乳制品销售收入的15.6%。FMA CHINA采购交易会是经国家商务部与国家质检总局批准并给予支持的重要会展活动,是中国进口食品及乳品行业的专业国际贸易采购交易会。展会充分利用中国出入境检验检疫协会在食品进出口领域内的国际性资源,并联合专业协会及国际机构协办。展会邀请了美国、加拿大、巴西、阿根廷、日本、韩国、泰国、澳大利亚、新西兰、法国、德国、丹麦、西班牙、欧盟、东盟等国家和地区以及国内重点食品出口企业前来参展参会。为更好地满足国内消费者对高质量乳制品的市场需求,组委会决定在2015年06月10日-12日在上海新国际博览中心举办“FMA CHINA 2015-国际乳品主题展”。希望展会的举办能帮助国内外乳品企业把握乳制品生产、消费现状及发展趋势,确立正确的企业战略决策。届时;有来自全球地区数万名乳品领域的参会代表及专业买家齐聚上海,将为国内外乳品企业提供一个宣传、展示与合作的平台和好的市场营销途径。
同期活动
国际乳品质量安全与市场论坛将在展馆多功能会议室召开,由国家质检总局、国家药监局、商务部、公安部、工信部、海关总署、上海市政府及有关协会的领导与企业代表围绕进口食及乳品质量安全控制与市场推广进行深入交流。

Exhibition Background
With the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the domestic consumer demand for high quality of dairy products is much higher than before. China has now become the world's fastest growing dairy market. More than twenty countries have achieved health registry allowing dairy exports to China (including: infant formula food).According to relevant data; In 2013, China imported 1.827 million tons of $7.147 billion dairy products, year-on-year growth of 36.24% and 52.91% respectively. Value has accounted for 15.6% of the domestic dairy products sales.FMA CHINA is approved and supported by the State Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and it is the professional international trade fair in the Chinese food and dairy products industry. Exhibition makes full use of resources of the China Association of Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine in food import and export, and in collaboration with professional association and international institutions. Exhibition has invited the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Denmark, Spain, the European Union, Asean and other countries and regions, and domestic key food export enterprises to participate. To better meet the demand of domestic consumers for high quality of dairy products market, the organizing committee decides that FMA CHINA -International Dairy Food Exhibition 2015 will be held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from June 10-12, 2015.We hope the celebration of the exhibition can help dairy companies at home and abroad to grasp the dairy products production, consumption situation and development trend, and establish the correct enterprise strategic decision. With tens of thousands of representatives and professional buyers in the field of dairy products will gather in Shanghai from the global regions, and provide a publicity, display and cooperation platform, and a good marketing way for dairy companies at home and abroad.
Activity
International dairy quality safety and market Summit will be held at multi-function meeting rooms in the pavilion. The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, China Food and Drug Administration, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Industry and the General Administration of Customs, and Shanghai municipal government and the leaders of the relevant association and enterprises have further communications on the topic of the Import Food and Dairy Products Quality and Safety Control and marketing promotion.

• Sterilized milk: pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, milk and other modulation sterilized milk (such as membrane filtration of no thermal sterilization processing aseptic, super high pressure sterilization, etc.);
• Fermented dairy products:fermented milk (yogurt), flavor of fermented milk (yogurt flavor);
•Powder:whole milk powder, part of the dried skim milk, whole milk powder, dried skim milk with sugar, seasoning powder, whole milk, skim, formula powder, fortified formula powder and other powder;

• Condensed milk: sweetened condensed milk, unsweetened condensed milk, and other condensed milk;
• Cheese: cheese, hard cheese, and other cheese;
