一、 用途：
单室真空包装机是一种用于真空包装的小型包装机械。该机具有功能优越，维修方便，操作简易，应用
广泛等。
优 点：对固体、液体、粉状、糊状、食品、果品、种子、蔬菜。药品、化工产品、电子元件、精密仪
器仪表、稀有贵重金属等物品进行真空包装。经包装的产品可防止氧化、霉变、虫柱、腐败、受潮、可
保质、保鲜延长产品 储存周期。
二、定义：
真空包装机为将产品装入真空包装袋内后，抽去容器内的空气，达到理想的相容度，并完成封口工序的
机械。
真空袋 一般采用高阻隔塑料及与纸、铝箔等复合薄膜袋做真空包装袋。其中PE复尼龙材质最为广泛。
三、 特点：
（１） 本机盖均采用全透明有机玻璃制成，对包装过程一目了然，双面设有封口条.提高生产效率。
（２） 本机使用及为方便，采用电脑主板数显、真空度、热封时间等调整装置。从压下机盖后，抽真
空→ 加热封口→印制标签→冷却→放气到机盖升启，全过程自动程序控制。
（３） 本机具有设计先进、功能齐全、性能稳定可靠、适用范围广、封口强度好、使用维修方便等特
点是目前较理想的真空包装机。
（４） 控制面板上设有急停按钮。如发现包装过程异常，按住急停按钮，即可中断包装过程。
（5） 本机采用封口线印为12MM。保证了对封口漏气这块更为保障。
（6） 本机加热装置采用的是脉冲式瞬间加热法，在其真空盖升起时加热块是冷却状态。
