一、 适用范围：
1、用于各类电子产品（半导体、电路板、电子成品等）及金属加工件的真空
包装，以防潮、防氧化变色；
2、用于布料、棉羊毛制品的真空包装，以压缩包装体积，节省物流成本；
3、用于食品中的海鲜、水果、茶叶、腌制品、豆制品等真空包装， 以防止
氧化变延长保质期，或充入氮气、二氧化碳等保护气，以保鲜保味，并
可防冲击。
二、定义
1、人们常常把被包装物放到真空室的外侧完成真空包装的设备叫外抽式真空
包装机。外抽式真空包装机主要是为较大的包装物抽真空包装而设计的。
2、与内抽式真空包装机的结构不同，外抽式真空包装机的利用喷嘴把包装袋内
的空气吸收后实现的真空，所以作业速度快，不受被包装物尺寸的限制，能
保证被包装物品的美观。是日韩技术最为成熟和完善，国内的近几年刚起步。
三、包装材料：
适用各种复合薄膜如聚脂/聚乙烯、尼龙/聚丙烯、聚丙烯/聚乙烯、聚脂/铝箔
/聚乙烯、 尼龙/ 铝箔/聚乙烯复合材料制成的真空袋。
四、特 性：
日韩领先技术集真空、封口、充气多种功能于一体。
具有抽气功能，可把袋内的空气排至真空状态。
具有充气功能，可为包装袋内充入所需要的气体。
具有封口功能，可为所需大小的真空袋现场制作真空袋和封口功能。
真空速度非常快，仅2-3秒即可完成抽气动作。
充气功能采用先抽干袋内空气后再冲气体，使袋内空气降底到极限。
封口采用气压脉冲瞬间式，彻底改变传统包装封口不牢的现象。
不受产品外型、尺寸的限制，特别大件或形状怪异的物体都可以进行真空包装。
PLC控制面板，使这更精确化的达到理想效果。
