本机有切片（块）机、提升机、绞肉机三种机型组合而成，采用PLC变频控制，切片刀高度为40mm,切肉片厚度为20mm,刀盘每转一圈切削一层的厚度他可以将未解冻的（-10°≤T≤0°）体积650X450X160mm,重40kg以下的标准肉块进行切片，绞制成规格不同的肉
粒，为斩拌或搅拌做好前期准备工作，无需解冻所以保持了营养及肉的鲜味，当单独做绞肉机时还可以绞鲜肉。
This machine have three function as Slicer ,grinder and lifter .This is a multifunction machine.PLC transducer control ,slice knife height is 40mm,sliced meat thickness is 20 mm.Cutter head rolling cut ,it can 40kg standard frozen (-10°≤T≤0°)meat block
into sliced meat and different size minced meat ,do a good preparation for bowl citer’s work or mixer ’ work .Because the meat do not need thaw ,it can keep good taste and save nutrition .The multifunction machine also can grind fresh meat if only use grinder
function.
