Nose: Grenache provides soft, spiced berry flavours and a round mouth feel. Shiraz brings out a wild side to the blend with Aromas of smoked meat, black pepper and olive, bolstered by a muscular structure. Mourvedre adds earth tones and gamy flavours with high amounts of colour and tannin.
Palate: This wine is typically more fruit forward with plenty of vanilla and dark chocolate tones imparted by barrel aging.
