本机适用于无刷电机定子的绕线，漆包线直接绕制在定子铁心上，与以往的嵌线方式相比，既节约了漆包线的成本又增加了定子的磁通量，增大了电机的功率。本机能够自动完成绕线、分度、夹线、剪线等工序，操作工人只需要进行取放定子的工作，降低了操作人员的劳动强度，基本实现自动化。

此外，本机有一显著的功能特点，绕线时线咀能够在绕线叉头内移动，绕线时绕线叉头作上下运动和左右旋转摆动，线咀按参数设定的轨迹进行排线工作，使绕制出来的线包紧凑、整齐、美观。

This machine be applicable to the coil of Brushless Motor Stator Winded.This machine equipped whith Server-motor,auto-cutter,automatically complete to wind wire.The operate the worker need to take to put the stator only certainly,the process realization automation.
