AKD 驱动器专门用于驱动合适的同步伺服电机,可对扭矩、速度和/或位置进行闭环控制。AKD 为电气设备或机器中内置的部件,只能作为这些设备或机器的集成部件加以操作。使用驱动器的机器的制造商必须对机器进行风险评估。当机器或设备中内置有驱动器时,除非已确定机器或设备满足以下几项区域指令的要求,否则不得使用驱动器。
机柜和接线驱动器只能在适合环境条件下的封闭机柜内操作(➜ # 32)。为确保机柜内的温度低于40°C,可能需要通风或冷却。
只能使用铜导线进行接线。导线的横截面可以符合IEC 60204 标准( 该标准也适用于AWG 横截面) :NEC 表310-16,75 °C 列) 。
电源驱动器可以由单相或三相工业电源网络供电。
可提供AKD 系列中的驱动器,具体内容如下:AKD-xzzz06:1 或3 相工业电源网络( 在120 V 和240 V 时,对称额定电流不超过200 kA) 。
AKD-xzzz07:3 相工业电源网络( 在240 V、400 V 和480 V 时,对称额定电流不超过200 kA) 。
若有附加的隔离变压器,可以连接到其它电压类型的电源网络(➜ # 103)。
AKD-x04807:电源电压不对称度>3% 时,必须使用电源扼流圈3L0,24-50-2。
各相位(L1, L2, L3) 与驱动器外壳之间的周期过电压不得超过1000 V。根据IEC61800,各相位之间的电压尖峰(< 50 μs) 不得超过1000 V。相位与外壳之间的电压尖峰(< 50 μs) 不得超过2000 V。
用户必须执行 AKD-xzzz06 的EMC 滤波器测量。
针对群组装置和直流供电驱动器AKD 未经Kollmorgen、UL 或TÜV 的群组装置的评估,也未规定直流输入电压的额定值。
必须检查并评估群组装置的支路保护*、电线尺寸、电线电压额定值、熔断保护、系统介电要求、过电压和输入**电流额定值。
若为直流供电驱动器,则内置EMC 滤波器将无法工作。用户负责保持驱动器在规定噪声级别范围内的传导发射和抗扰性。
* 必须格外注意带额定混合驱动器的支路设计,以避免较紧凑的驱动器成为有xiao“熔断器”,而不是电路保护熔断器。
**电源系统设计必须确保在通电时限制输入电流,以便提供浪涌电流保护。必须正确连接直流电源极性。若直流电源极性连接不当,则会损坏驱动器,从而使驱动器无法享受质保。
